Houndsmen and women, hunters, anglers, outdoor enthusiasts, we are at a critical time in our fight to preserve science based wildlife management in Colorado. The vote is less than 30 days away and all money and man power is going as hard as it can right now. But we still need your help with something important! Sportsman’s rally at the capital is Friday Oct 18th starting at 11am and it is absolutely imperative that we make a good showing there with as many hundreds, if not thousands, of people showing up to let it be known that the opposition to 127 is large, determined, and not going down without a fight. Lots of media will be there and this event can give us so much free, positive press that it could very well swing the election in our favor.
I get it, life is busy and some priorities are higher than others. But this opportunity here should quite literally be at the top of everyone’s list if you really care about winning this battle. Make the time, adjust your schedule, take a day off from work, and show up in force.
We all are people of grit and courage that refuse to go down without a fight! And damnit the fight is right here in our faces and there is no time for complacency or laziness! Show up and fight for our future! And when we beat these extremists in Colorado, we can be proud of how we all went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t lose what we all love so much. We’re all counting on each other to make this happen. Don’t let anyone down.
